It started as one company's nervous system.
The first build lived inside a real multi-shop automotive group, detailing, glass, mechanical, collision, where a vehicle could move through four businesses while the customer relationship shattered across four databases.
The architectural idea was simple and overdue: make the vehicle a central business object. Customer → Vehicle → Job → Opportunity → Business → Revenue. Then give that record a hierarchy of agents that could watch it.
Then it became a product.
